Welcome to Flip My Games! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before selling your games to us.
1. General Terms
1.1. Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s permission to sell games to us.
1.2. Game Ownership – You confirm that you are the legal owner of any games you send to us and have the right to sell them.
1.3. Right to Refuse – We reserve the right to refuse any trade if the games do not meet our condition requirements or for any other reason.
2. Games We Accept
2.1. We only buy PS2, Xbox 360, and Wii games that are listed on our Buy List.
2.2. All games must be:

In good to very good condition (minimal scratches, fully functional).

In their original case (no broken cases, no missing artwork).

Authentic (no bootlegs, burned copies, or reproductions).
2.3. Any games that do not meet our condition requirements may be rejected or receive a reduced payment offer.
3. Shipping & Packaging
3.1. We Provide a Prepaid Shipping Label – Once your trade is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to cover shipping costs.
3.2. Required Packaging – You must use the correct Australia Post packaging as outlined in our Shipping Details page.
3.3. Trade Code – You must include the unique trade code we provide inside your package so we can identify your trade.
3.4. Lost or Damaged Shipments – We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please ensure your games are securely packed and use tracked shipping.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments are processed within 24 hours of us receiving and verifying your games.
4.2. We offer payments via:

Bank Transfer (BSB & Account Number required)

PayPal (PayPal email required)
4.3. If a game does not meet our condition requirements, we will contact you with a revised offer or the option to have the game returned (return shipping at your expense).
5. Cancellations & Returns
5.1. Once you have shipped your games, the trade cannot be canceled.
5.2. If we reject a game due to poor condition or incorrect listing, you may choose to:

Accept a revised offer (if applicable).

Pay for return shipping to have the game sent back to you.
6. Fraud & Misrepresentation
6.1. We do not accept stolen, counterfeit, or bootleg games.
6.2. Any attempt to send in fraudulent items will result in the trade being canceled, and we may report the matter to authorities.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
