How to Ship Your Games

To ensure your games arrive safely, we require all shipments to be sent using Australia Post packaging. Below are the packaging options to use when sending your games.
 


What You Need to Know:
 
✅ Minimum of 6 games per trade
✅ Use only Australia Post packaging (see options below)
✅ We pay for shipping – You’ll get a prepaid shipping label
✅ Include your unique trade code (sent after approval)
✅ Packaging is available at any Australia Post outlet



Which Packaging to Use?
 

Large Australian Post Packaging

For 13 to 38 games

Australian Post 

Parcel Box – Large

Medium Australian Post Packaging

For 9 to 12 games

Australian Post 

Padded Mailer – Medium

Small Australian Post Packaging

For 6 to 8 games

Australian Post 

Padded Mailer – Small



🚨 Only use these options! If you use a different package, the prepaid label won’t be valid.

You can buy all Australia Post packaging at any Australia Post outlet.


 
Steps to Ship Your Games

1️⃣ Pack Your Games

  • Use the correct Australia Post packaging based on the number of games.

  • All games must be in original cases with cover art, and cases must not be broken.

 
2️⃣ Get Your Shipping Label & Trade Code

  • After your trade is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and a unique trade code.

 
3️⃣ Include Your Trade Code

  • Write or print your trade code and place it inside your package.

 
4️⃣ Ship Your Games

  • Drop off your package at any Australia Post Office.

 
5️⃣ Get Paid Fast

  • Once we receive and check your games, payment is processed within 24 hours.
