To ensure a smooth trade-in process, all games must meet our condition requirements. Below is a simple guide to help you check if your games qualify.
✅ Games We Accept
To be eligible for trade, all games must:
✔ Be in good to very good condition with light to minimal scratches.
✔ Be in their original case (no broken or cracked cases).
✔ Have the original artwork (no missing or damaged covers).
✔ Be authentic (no bootlegs, burned copies, or reproductions).
✔ Cases can have stickers (no stickers on cover artwork).
🚫 Games We Do Not Accept
We cannot accept games that:
❌ Have severe scratches, cracks, or disc damage that may affect gameplay.
❌ Are missing their original case or artwork.
❌ Are in rental cases, generic cases, or paper sleeves.
❌ Are bootleg, copied, or counterfeit versions.
❌ Have large rips, or water damage on the case or artwork.
Examples of Acceptable & Unacceptable Games

How to Check Your Games
🔹 Hold the disc up to the light and check for deep scratches or cracks.
🔹 Ensure the original game case and artwork are present and in good condition.
🔹 Double-check that the game is listed on our Buy List before submitting your trade.
